职位描述：
1. 做好档口的食物烹饪，储存，并做好相关信息的备注
2. 及时完成chef交代的工作
3. 检查档口的所有食材是否新鲜，督促下属，安排下属工作。
4. 培训下属，并监督他们的工作。
5. 学会前期安排下属难度不大的工作以后慢慢适当的加量和难度，安排的工作自己一定要检查。并指出不足或者表扬。
6. 确保每天档口的材料充足，做好每天档口的订货
7. 随时保证自己区域的卫生
