职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、及时准确录入总部及营业部当期发生的会计业务；
2、核对各银行账户与财务系统当日发生额及余额；及时报送结算财务数据；
3、做好财务会计原始凭证、重要文件的扫描备份、财务档案资料装订整理、资料档案保管和调阅；
4、负责公司费用报销、费用支付申请的审核，及公司网银支付信息的准确录入；
5、每月及时与出纳盘点核对现金；
6、开具实物交割增值税发票，跟进公司各项费用增值税发票；
7、协助填报监管报表等系列的对外报送的财务报表；
8、跟进银行定期存款、资本金账户资金结转等事项；
9、配合完成年度审计报告及其他不定期监管检查等工作；
10、领导交办的其他事项。

任职要求：
1、财务会计相关专业，本科以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟悉操作财务软件、Excel、Word等办公软件；
 3、流利的中英文书写阅读及口语沟通能力；
4、熟练掌握相关的会计知识和法律法规；熟悉银行结算业务；
5、具备较强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。

Job Description：
1. Input the accounting data of headquarter and branch timely and accurately;
2. Daily check with the financial amount and the balance for the bank accounts and financial system; timely submit the financial data;
3. Deal with original accounting voucher, and keep the scanned copies of important documents, archive financial materials;
4. In charge of the company expense claims, submit the requests for expense payment, and input the payment information via the online banking;
5. Check the cash with Cashier monthly;
6. Issue the physical delivery of value-added tax invoice and follow up with expenses invoice;
7. Assist to complete the financial statements and related reports submitted to regulatory;
8. Follow up with fixed-term deposit and the funding movement;
9. Assist to complete the annual audit and other regular supervision and inspection work;
10. Other works assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above with financial and accounting major, 2 years or above with financial and accounting relevant work experience;
2. Familiar with finance software, Excel, Word and other Office software;
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin;
4. Proficiency in accounting knowledge and relevant laws and regulations, familiar with the banking business;
