你应该具备的能力：供应链设计，项目管理和客户沟通经验
?拥有供应链规划和设计方面的经验和知识（或拥有能够快速学习和应用复杂技术技能的能力）
?掌握一定程度的供应链优化原理，以及如何使用软件进行优化
?理解仿真，以及优化和仿真之间的差异
?熟悉规划、预测、运输、库存管理和策略采购的知识

The Role: Data Analyst, Modeler, and Consultant focused on improving Supply Chain Design
?Design and deliver supply chain management and strategic sourcing solutions using Supply Chain Guru®
?Understand key client performance levers (on-time delivery, cost, feasibility, etc.) and seek solutions to improve these metrics
?Define and carry out project plans under the direction of project managers or engagement leads; Participate in development of modeling approaches in partnership with an experienced solution architects
?Identify and raise issues that impact project quality, scope, timing, or cost
?Provide structured and creative analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and effectively communicate findings with clients
?Review and validate data, build and validate models, run scenarios, and assist in the preparation of client presentations
?Fully document modeling approach, data sources and transformations, assumptions, and constraints

The Qualification: Supply Chain Design, Project Management and Client Communication Experience.
?Experience in or knowledge of supply chain planning and design (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical skills):
?Some knowledge of the principles of optimization and how optimization is performed using software packages
?Understanding of simulation and the differences between optimization and simulation
?Familiarity with planning, forecasting, transportation, inventory management, and strategic sourcing
?Database skills strongly desired; use Excel, Access and SQL Server in an effective manner
?Detail oriented, strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving capability
?Master’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or supply chain management
?Ideal candidate would have some previous supply chain consulting experience and/or project management experience
