Job Position
Account and Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Software License and Cloud Subscription Revenue. This is a permanent position in an established team of technically minded professionals reporting to the Sales Director China. As Senior Account Executive, you will use your strong business acumen and extensive industry knowledge. You will be instrumental in increasing Cloud SaaS bookings and work closely with Key Accounts in selling them new services, as well as bringing in net new business throughout greater China.

Responsibilities
? Define customer focused strategies and act to generate long term and short term customer success and business results. Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
? Geographic customer identification and research, Customer Acumen - Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape
? Engage with prospect organizations to position the StayinFront solution through value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
? Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre Sales Consultants, Sales Director, StayinFront Program Management, Executives and Marketing etc., and through effective utilization of selling tools such as Engineered selling process (ESPs), Customer 360, etc.
? Daily update of the StayinFront Sales Cloud system with accurate customer and pipeline data. Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
? Ability to build reciprocal relationships with customers and identifies and acts on opportunities to integrate competencies in building value proposition and positioning strong proposals.
? Partner with prospects and customers to deliver value into their organizations, establishing Success Factors as an ongoing business partner.
? Pipeline planning - Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.
? Ability to build reciprocal relationships with customers and identifies and acts on opportunities to integrate competencies in building value proposition and positioning strong proposals.
? Leverage StayinFront Solutions – Be proficient in developing on sales pursuits including SIF Platform Solutions, (SFA, BI, Pitchbook, DIS, Route Optimization, Augment 3D) and technology solutions including (Business Analytics, Mobility, Database and Technology)
? Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.
? Sell value propositions

Minimum qualifications
? BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
? 5 years of relevant work experience in the areas of SaaS/Mobile apps and Enterprise Software, distribution channels, and competitive landscape.
? Experience challenge selling, managing and negotiating with partners.

Preferred qualifications
? Proven experience working with CPG/FMCG customers
? Proven track record in creating and executing against a pipeline.
? Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment.
? Communication skills in English and Mandarin advantage.
