职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
1. Respobsible for 5S management in Lumields SHA office
2. Reception management include reception/mail room/visitor management/access control, and shuttle bus management
3. Facility management include lighting/AC/furniture/public facility/audio & video etc management and maintenance. As contact for Lumields SHA and property management company
4. Cleaning & security management for Lumileds SHA office
5. Responsible for lab chemical & waste management and pest management for Lumiedls SHA office & Lab accoridng to EHS regulaiton
6. Manage accounting processes: Coordinate rent / bill payments, PO application, Capex processing, local permit, event management, etc.
7. Optimize real estate space utilization by meeting people-to-seat ratios, vacancy levels and cost constraints.
8. Support line manager on Lumileds China RE & EHS

5. Over 3yrs. Office administration experience
