In a context of growth, our Copers’office in Shanghai is currently recruiting a talented and motivated Research Associate to reinforce its team and support the continuous development of our activity.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A Research Associate has exposure to various parts of the search process and is expected to lead elements of the process, supporting the Consultant principally focusing on:
 
? Defining and designing the research strategy and creating the list of targeted companies in agreement with the consultant and the client. ? Doing market investigation, identification & mapping of the targeted market ? Approaching targeted candidates; interesting them, attracting them and qualifying potential candidates for assignments ? Reporting Progress: in close cooperation with Consultant, write the search progress reports with market analysis & benchmark
 
KEY REQUIREMENTS ? Degree-level education from University or business school ? International schooling or work experience is required ? Ability to think out of the box ? Chinese mother tongue / fluent and fluent English both orally and in writing ? The knowledge of French is a strong asset. ? A proven client service approach, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness ? Adaptable and flexible ? Detail oriented ? Able to work under deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously ? Professionalism, integrity, respect of confidentiality and ethics ? Self-confident, with a mature outlook
