Key Areas of Responsibility：
主要工作职责


Sourcing
1. Performs RfQ’s and negotiates on behalf of Lumileds to ensure best total cost of ownership (e.g. price, quality, risk, payment term, lead time).
2. Evaluates and selects suppliers in alignment with business, legal and global commodity management.
3. Negotiates and draws up contracts in line with Lumileds business needs, globally defined sourcing strategies and legal requirements.
4. Deals with daily purchasing in all NPR commodities ranging from Facilities to Industrial, HR, Marketing, Strategic Services and IT.
5. Implements sourcing strategies for globally leveraged commodities.


Interface to business
1. Builds relationships to ensure compliance and early procurement involvement.
2. Acts as point of escalation for delivery/quality issues of NPR suppliers and as a single point of contact to project teams and other stakeholders.
3. Negotiates operational issues both internally and externally.
4. Teams up with the business to drive down cost in terms of price, volume and specification.


Accountability
      Reports procurement KPI’s for the assigned scope (spend, initiative savings, cash management, contract coverage and other procurement KPI’s).



Job Requirements & Skills
岗位要求

1. Bachelor Degree
2. ≥5 years of relevant procurement experience
3. Experience in contracting
4. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
5. Knowledge of SAP procurement modules (MM/SRM/Ariba) is a plus.
6. Fluent in both Chinese and English
7. Excellent negotiator
