Major Job Responsibility:?

• Overall manage molding tool development processes to meet timing and product requirement.?
• Participate on product feasibility review and tool design review to avoid repeat issue happen.?Problem solving in the process in entire development process.?
• Direct technicians and operators to set the process parameters and operate the machine.?Constantly improve the molding CT and optimize process.?
• Cooperate with tool or maintenance personnel to set the maintenance work instruction.
  
• Responsible for the Molding machine and related equipment daily maintenance.?
• Cooperate with the quality engineer to solve the quality problems and set the regulation for quality inspection standards.?
• Release / update Process Card, PFD/PFMEA.?
• SAP BOM&ROUTING CHANGE
• ?Actively participate in the management of policies, Work Standards, budgeting, management /employee relationships, quality and health and safety
• ?Cross function with other internal departments and external sources, to
  resolve both issues and conflicts that from barriers to the attainment
  of Operations related issues?
• Progressively participate in teamwork as required

Candidate Requirements:

• ?University level degree in Science
• ?Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with both internal and external personnel?
• Good analytical skills to insure timely collection and analysis of Quality data?
• Good training skills to conduct training programs.?
• Excellent presentation skills?
• Ability to establish and maintain a budget?
• Computer, network and software skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project Manager
• ?Ideal candidate would possess Chinese and English language skills?
• 3 to 5 years Mechanical or related work experience.
