职位描述：
岗位职责
1、编制、审核月度生产计划表，编制按月、周、日生产计划并实施；
2、负责工厂的日常管理工作及员工的管理、指导、培训及评估预算；
3、与供销商进行谈判，签订定货单，制定年度生产计划,进行生产调度、管理和控制；
4、负责工厂的组织管理、人员配置、设备配置及生产计划安排，标准设定实际的生产能力；
5、督促各部门进行生产、质控、储运等工作，并激励其工作绩效。

任职资格
1、35-45岁，本科及以上学历，理工科及管理专业优先；
2、外/合资1000人以上制造型企业经历，从事过制造各层级岗位历练；本科学历，十年及以上工厂管理经验；
3、对产品类别特性及制造流程熟悉；对制造生产工艺、设备熟悉；
4、熟悉生管、品管、工管、经管四大管制系统；
5、具备良好的计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制能力；
6、有较强的教导能力和领导能力，富有团队合作精神，有凝聚力；
7、认同公司文化，责任感强；
8、现场生产管理指导和提出建议，可出差。 举报 分享
