弗尔德（上海）仪器设备有限公司是弗尔德集团在华设立的全资子公司，业务分成弗尔德流体事业部（ Verder Liquids Division）和弗尔德科学仪器事业部（Verder Scientific Division），弗尔德科学仪器事业部涵盖了德国莱驰（RETSCH）粉碎研磨筛分仪器、德国莱驰科技（RETSCH TECHNOLOGY）粒度及粒形分析仪、英国卡博莱特（Carbolite）马弗炉及德国埃尔特（Eltra）元素分析仪等多个专业品牌。


- Tasks: / 工作任务
1. Daily report to Assistant to GM and follow the directions from the management.
工作汇报给总经理助理并遵从管理层的指示
2. Complete all administration tasks in order to maintain the daily operation of the business and support the whole company, such as but not limited to:
完成所有行政相关的工作，维持公司日常运营，支持公司所有员工，例如但不限于：
a. Reception/taking care of visitors / 前台，访客接待
b. Picking up and making records of incoming telephone calls / 接听呼入电话并转接，做好相关记录
c. Purchasing stationery and consumables / 采购办公文具和易耗品
d. Manage postage and courier, arrange small shipments incl. necessary documents / 管理快递，安排小件货物寄送
e. Maintain the office tidy and neat / 保持办公环境整洁利落
f. Gift preparation for festivals, staff birthday, marriage, baby birth, etc. / 安排准备节日礼品，如员工生日，结婚，生孩子等
g. Assist to prepare documents for visa application / 协助准备签证申请材料
3. Manage and evaluate administration suppliers, such as stationery, furniture, travel agent, office consumes, car rental, delivering company, etc..
管理并评估办公供应商，例如办公文具，家具，旅行社，办公消耗，汽车租赁和快递公司等
4. Arrange travel flights/hotel bookings and itinerary, and other assigned tasks
