Basic Information
Job Title: HR & Admin Supervisor Department: HR Department

Job Objective:
协助制定、组织实施公司人力资源战略,建设发展人力资源各项构成体系,最大限度地开发人力资源,为实现公司经营发展战略目标提供人力保障。Assist in the formulation, organization and implementation of the company's human resources strategy, construction and development of human resources system, to maximize the development of human resources, in order to achieve the company's strategic objectives of development to provide human security.
Responsibilities
? 参与公司行政管理制度、完善和细化办公管理体系和业务流程;Participate in the company's administrative management system, improve and refine the office management system and business processes.
? 组织策划公司各类活动;Organize and plan all kinds of activities.
? 根据部门人员需求情况,提出内部人员调配方案(包括人员内部调入和调出),促进人员的优化配置;According to the demand of department personnel, propose the internal personnel deployment plan (including internal transfer and call out), promote the optimal allocation of personnel
? 配合人力资源经理做好各种职系人员发展体系的建立,做好人员发展的日常管理工作;Coordinate with HR manager to establish the development system of all grades, and do the daily management of staff development.
? 协助人力资源经理做好相应的职位说明书,并根据公司职位调整需要进行相应的变更,保证职位说明书与实际相符;Assist HR manager to do the job description and make necessary changes according to the company position to ensure that the job description is consistent with the actual situation.
? 拓展招聘渠道,负责招聘录用的工作落实,人员调配管理和人事审核,改进招聘评测方法并参与面试;Develop recruitment channels, Responsible for the recruitment and implementation of the work, Personnel allocation management and personnel audits, improve recruitment evaluation methods and participate in interviews.
? 组织开展新进员工的入职培训,并配合年度、部门培训计划的开展及后续跟进;Coordinate with the annual and departmental training plan and follow up Organize new employee orientation training.
? 负责月度绩效考核的跟进与实施核算;Responsible for follow-up and implementation of monthly performance appraisal.
? 协助完成薪酬福利体系并负责薪资福利工作及核算;Assist in the completion of payroll and welfare system, and be responsible for payroll and welfare work and accounting.
? 协助人事经理组织和推动企业文化建设; 负责处理员工关系协调与改进,并保持良好员工关系;Assist HR manager to organize and promote the construction of corporate culture, deal with employee relations, coordination and improvement, and maintain good employee relations.
? 公司公文发布体系的维护及发布;部门文档和员工档案管理;Maintain and release the company document release system, manage department documents and staff files.
? 行政工作的指导、工作管理安排及结果控制;Direct the relevant administrative work, Job management arrangement and result control.
? 上级领导安排的其他工作,及行政与人力资源常务性事务管理;Other tasks assigned by leader and management of executive and human resources.

Internal
? Report to: 向部门经理汇报HR工作中的问题和风险,并提出解决方案。Report to department manager on HR issues and risks and propose solutions.
? Supervision: 各部门培训开展情况并追踪结果。Conduct training and follow up the results.
? Coordination: 推动企业文化建设,处理员工关系协调与改进,并保持良好员工关系。Promote the construction of corporate culture, deal with employee relations, coordination and improvement, and maintain good employee relations.
External
劳动部门、社保中心、各类招聘渠道供应商、人才服务中心及相关中介机构。Labor departments, social security center, various recruitment channels, suppliers, talent service centers and related agencies.

Education background: College Major: HR, Administration or related

Working Experience: +10yrs experience in HR & Admin management
Competencies/Skills required
? 有外企或大型民企工作背景,有制造行业背景为佳。Foreign or large private enterprise background, manufacturing background is preferred.
? 受过现代人力资源管理技术、人才发现与引进、薪酬福利设计、绩效考核、岗位培训、员工职业生涯规划、劳动法律法规等方面的培训。trained in modern human resource management technology, talent discovery and introduction, compensation and welfare design, performance appraisal, post training, career planning, labor laws and regulations.
? 行政后勤管理等方面有丰富的实践经验。Rich management experience in administration, logistics.
? 认同公司经营理念,认可公司企业文化;Identification with company business philosophy, recognition of corporate culture.
? 良好的语言表达能力及沟通能力。Good language and communication skills.
