职位要求:
-大学以上学历;
-超过1年客服的工作经验,如果优秀的应届生对奢侈品行业有浓厚的兴趣,欢迎投递;
- 在零售/客户服务/奢侈品销售/航空/银行/酒店行业有相关工作经验有限;
- 较好的电脑技能,并且学习能力强;
-自主解决问题的能力与思维;
Customer Service Representative
In this key role you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our client’s products and brand. You will provide information on product availability, price as well as offering our customer general purchase advice.
JOB SCOPE:
- Answer in an elegant and professional manner to customer’s phone calls, emails and chats;
- Follow up all customer request within specified deadlines to ensure that the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry;
- Advanced English ability and interest in Luxury industry.
Experience & Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- Over 1-year experience on Customer service representative position.
- Experience in Retail / Customer Service / Sales in luxury / airlines / private bank / hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Start-up Mind set, problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of stones or movements or sales experience in a boutique is a plus.
