Develop new customers and acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
发展新客户和充分的了解客户的需求和要求
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of products of Company automobile component model
创建和提供强有力的报告和演示达到清晰介绍企业自动化零部件模具等产品的独特性
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
通过提供持续的解决方案以达到客户目的,拓展现有客户关系
Build-up a trust relationships with clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
与客户建立信任关系,确保客户不会转向竞争对手
Ensure the correct products and services are quoted and delivered to customers in a timely manner
确保向客户及时报出和发出正确的产品和服务
Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
作为内部团队和客户之间沟通的桥梁
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
解决客户面临的任何疑问和问题,通过处理投诉维护信心和形象
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using specified KPIs (for example: sales forecast plan, customer satisfaction level, etc.)
使用指定的绩效考核系统定期的准备内外部相关的进展报告和预测报告(例如:销售预测计划,客人户满意度调查等)
Document process and all related documents/ reports according to company procedures
根据公司流程处理文件和所有相关的文件或报告
Collect and document competitive intelligence
搜集和记录竞争情报
Plan and support marketing activities and other tasks assigned related to rotary tables business
市场活动计划与支持,其他与旋转平台业务相关的工作任务
Qualifications include资质包括:
Proven working experience in a Sales position
销售岗位的工作经验
Proven track record selling complex technical solutions
跟踪记录复杂技术的销售方案
Proven ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
与高层管理人员建立强有力的,长期关系的能力
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
具有运用通俗易懂的方式创造性的解释和呈现复杂概念的能力
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in machinery or automation industry
良好的技术背景具有自动化行业的理解和/或操作经验
Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills
普通话精通,娴熟的英文写作和沟通能力
Excellent presentation and presentation creation skills
精通报告和报告创建
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
本科或同等学历
Willingness to travel
