3.男性，身高165cm以上
4.年龄20至35岁之间
5.中专以上学历

6.有整车厂及汽车零部件企业工作经验者优先

Responsibility
Conduct freedom to operate search and patentability search.

Draft and prosecute patent applications, drafting and reviewing agreements, and provide opinions such as freedom-to-operate.

Draft contract terms related to IP and assist legal counsel in contract negotiation.

Interface with and monitor outside IP counsel’s work regarding patent issues.

Assist head IP counsel in developing and providing IP training to engineers and other company employees.


Requirement
BS or MS degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering.

Registered Chinese patent agent, training at law or lawyer qualification is preferred.

4-6 years experience in patent field including preparing and prosecuting patent applications.

Experience in conducting freedom to operate search and patentability search, and drafting opinions in the mechanical or electrical industry, or a related industry either in private practice or in-house.

Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.

Must communicate effectively with engineering, business, and legal staff.

Demonstrate ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment.

Proficient in English and/or German.
