Responsibilities
? Project a professional corporate image with internal and external customers, including global counterparts
? Office facilities management (i.e. office AC, lights, furniture’s maintenance)
? Responsible for the office meeting admin support (i.e. meeting room arrangement, meal ordering, IT coordination etc.
? Responsible for the visitor arrangement, which is including accommodation booking, transportation arrangement, travel arrangement & itineraries, PPT consolidation etc.)
? Responsible for office admin purchase, which is including pantry supply, stationary, drinking water and other office using stuffs.
? Responsible for the admin service, i.e. international and domestics courier, office cleaning, business card printing, travel air tickets approval etc.
? Responsible for admin vendor management
? Responsible for the all of admin expense claim, i.e. office rental, office telephone bill etc.
? Responsible for the reception area, ensure the area is clean and well organized
? Responsible for the office sets are well organized.
? Local Finance support, i.e. employee expense documentation submitting, print the monthly bank report, expense filling, etc.
? Provide the assistance to Site Leader
? Assist in other areas as and when delegated
Requirement:
? College degree and above with 1-2 years of relevant experience
? Proficient in MS office applications
? Ability to multi-task
? Resourceful and dependable with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Pleasant and well-mannered with a cheerful disposition
? Fluent written and spoken English
