职位描述：
1. Conduct pre-audits on potential suppliers to determine compliance with Hilti Process Management System policies and guidelines. Work closely with Supply Engineers to develop potential supplier to Hilti expected quality level

2. Analyze suppliers’ manufacturing processes and quality control plans for key components, conduct process assurance audit to support on mass production release

3. Conduct routine supplier audits and workshops with existing suppliers to detect improvement potentials and discuss quality and technical issues to support suppliers on quality improvements

4. Capable of leading activities to resolve issues related to quality and manufacturing with suppliers. Work together with supply managers to find root cause and continuously monitor to ensure all corrective actions are taken.

5. Lead and dedicate Continuous Improvement Projects on supplier and incoming quality plastic team

6. Support the Hilti TTM process, leading key components qualification and SI rate. Work with supply manager and supplier to conduct run at rate at suppliers for key components.

7. Incoming inspection plan and implementation, inspection technology application and method standardizing

8. Leading and support Q-project for supplier quality improvement and regular supplier quality rating.

9. Work according to Hilti philosophy – Team Work, Continuous Improvement, etc.

10. Work on any other duties and projects assigned by the direct superior
岗位要求：
1. University graduate in (Mechanical or Electrical is preferred) engineering or equivalent
2. Min. 5 years of experience in quality roles in an industrial environment
3. Experience in quality process audit is a basic prerequisite and preferably has auditor license
4. Experience in inspection and measuring area and preferably w/ 3D machine, projector operation experience
5. Familiar w/ quality & environmental standard and quality analysis tools, such as SPC, FMEA etc.
6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
7. Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows Applications 举报 分享
