KEY SERVICES:

岗位职责：

• Account for AR process with related departments and vendors
• Account for account receivable book keeping in SAP and sufficient supporting as voucher preparation and archiving
• Make reconciliation between G/L and A/R modules
• Prepare material in transit report and reconcile allied AR balance
• Pasture AR analysis and follow-up
• Reconcile AR balance with suppliers’ on regular basis and establish smooth communication channel with customer
• Ensure IC compliance and keep sensitive to identify any control weakness in purchasing cycle
• Follow up EHS policies & procedures to prevent any waste or injury as well as protect environment

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor or college degree, major in Accounting or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in related area (experience in manufacturing factory in Finance function)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Can work with independent and self-motivated, nature, open-minded
• Good communication skill verbal and written in English
• Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player
• Basic knowledge in TS16949
