REQUIREMENTS
1. 2+ years of experience in the Software support industry.
2. Fluency in Mandarin speaking, writing, reading comprehension and intermediate English is desired
3. Strong communication skills, spoken and written.
4. Strong documentation skills, including ability to customize message based on the audience.
5. Active Listening and learning skills.
6. Computer programming practices and test planning and execution.
7. Complex problem solving ability.
8. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
9. Advanced knowledge on PC-based operating systems (Windows).
10. Scripting programming environments (JavaScript).
11. Systems testing, validation, and verification techniques.
12. Understanding of mathematic principles.
DESIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS
1. Computer Programming languages: C, C++, Java, Jscript, C#
2. Desired knowledge in SQL Server and .Net development
3. Documentation and Issue tracking systems: Jira, Confluence, others.
4. Testing and evaluation tools and techniques: xUnit, TestComplete, WinRunner, LoadRunner, others.
5. POS Point of Sales industry desired
6. UML, Data Modeling, Process Mapping, Workflow Analysis and Design tools and notations.
7. Completing/Completed Bachelor’s degree is desirable in one of the following subjects: Computer Sciences, Engineering, Physics or other with logical and analytical background OR equivalent experience
9. Notions of IT concepts and some practice in IT.
10. Office productivity packages, including drafting/diagramming (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
11. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
12. Active listening and learning skills.
13. Must be able to handle diverse work problems on a daily basis.
14. Requires ability to set priorities and work schedule, yet adjust to changes necessitated by last minute assignments and deadline requests that may prove stressful.
15. Team work
16. Must relate and interact with people at all levels of the company and in a culturally diverse environment.
17. Availability to occasionally make international travels.
