职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责日常诊断，治疗和处理，充分了解医疗、护理记录和实验室的检查结果；
2.参加门诊、会诊、出诊、体检、手术及术中的配合；
3.参与并服从科室正常排班，参加医生会议及特殊病例讨论；
4.为科室经营方向和诊疗科目的拓展提出建设性意见；
5.配合并执行科室安排的工作职责。


任职要求：
1.相关专业硕士以上学历，执业医师，并获得副主任医师及以上职称；
2.五年以上相关科室工作经验，三级甲等或高端私家医院工作经验优先；
3.熟悉专业知识理论，较系统的掌握疾病的诊断知识；
4.熟悉诊断学、医学影像学、实验室检查等相关专业知识技术；
5.掌握医疗管理知识，熟悉计算机等办公设备的应用知识；
6.具有良好的人际沟通能力、较强的计划制定和执行能力；
7.强烈的进取心和责任心；
8.能以中文普通话和英文交流；
9.服从领导，完全的执行能力，较高工作效率，协作的团队精神；
10.以病人为中心的卓越服务理念，敬畏认真的工作态度，勤奋的学习劲头。
