Services to be provided
1. Financial:
· L10 cost management
· E&O cost management
· E&O: Ensure pass through of payments from ODM to suppliers
· E&O: Verification of complete scrap
· E&O: Ensure only schedule II parts in E&O
· Transition cost management
2. Operation:
· STBL
· NPI: Launch DSI (>5DSI or get waiver with less DSI)
· Tooling management
· High risk single source part number mitigated
· EOL and LTB process adherence
· Complexity Reduction
· COS Strategy development to maintain and minimize COS risk
· PPAP to RTS lead time compliance
· Aging inventory (VMI part)
3. Organization:
· IDP/Competency compliance
On-time delivery of PMO deadlines
