Job purpose
Reports to Regional Talent Acquisition Leader on recruiting for Shanghai, Beijing and Taiwan. Will be responsible for managing full life-cycle recruitment from initiating the requisition process through on-boarding stage. Will manage requisition activities. Responsible for sourcing, screening, presenting, interviewing and hiring top talent. Throughout the hiring process will be responsible for providing high level customer service, mentoring hiring managers on hiring strategies and approaches to identifying top talent.
Essential Function Description
- Manage recruitment activities. Ensure seamless recruiting and onboarding activities. Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies. Identify talent through passive and active methods.
- Consult with hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the course of a search to influence decisions regarding strategy, profile development, assessment methods and final selection.
- Create a strategic talent pipeline and build and maintain candidate pools for various job profiles. Work with broader Talent Acquisition team to develop and conduct a recruiting strategy to identify potential candidates to include Employee Referrals, social media and other proactive sourcing methods.
- Ensure that the interview process is conducted efficiently and professionally. Include thoughtful and rigorous interview assessments to develop a meaningful point of view about a candidate’s alignment.
- Manage compensation and offer negotiation process to include utilizing compensation guidelines.
- Responsible for requisition management and reporting activities. Ensure accuracy of Taleo ATS. Develop, generate and distribute TA related reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, processes/practices and, federal, state and local employment and labor laws.
Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned such as department projects.
Position requirement
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Min 5 years of directly related work experience as a full-cycle Recruiter
Up-to-date information about the semiconductor and other relevant industries
Demonstrated communication skills in Chinese and English (both verbal and written)
Proven strength in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels
Demonstrated experience with Behavioral Interviewing techniques
Proven experience w enterprise ATS systems
Pro-active sourcing skills and proven experience using social media
Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Superior business acumen with the ability to execute tactics aligned with company goals
