岗位职责:
1、负责制定新产品研发计划落实,协助品牌经理完成新品的运营策划、规划和开发工作;
2、负责新产品卖点提炼,试用分发、反馈报告的收集、分析,新产品上市后各类问题跟进处理及与各部门协调,预测产品风险及制订相关对策;
3、负责产品生命周期的管理,定期进行效益评估,包括产品的市场定位、改进、优化、产品线延伸及淘汰方案等;
4、负责公司新品及产品培训,并制作产品相关资料;
5、 搜集和整理产品相关的市场动态和竞争情报,或同行业其他优秀品牌的产品、推广、广告等制定切实可行、完整的产品推广计划;
6、上级领导布置的其他工作。
任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历,2年互联网工作经验,
2、有优秀的产品研发、策划、设计能力;
3、有目标结果导向的产品思维;
4、有良好的沟通表达能力和强烈的学习意愿,心思缜密,对细节把控有严格的要求。
