The following will provide the perfect platform for you to showcase what you are capable of during the trainee-ship with us:
1.Intensive induction and operations submersion
2.Active participation in key regional or local business projects made up of international members
3.Ongoing functional training and internal personal coaching
4.Networking opportunities
Education and Experience:
1.Graduated with excellent academic results from a reputable university in chemical engineering or oil/gas storage and transportation
2.Show your propensity for challenges
3. 1 to 2 years of working experience (internship included) with demonstrated leadership experiences
4.Be interested in the field operations/engineering and be eager o develop in these directions
5.Willing to work in other cities outside of Shanghai in the future
6.Ability to work in a Chinese and English speaking environment, with the Skills to speak, read and write Mandarin and English
