职位描述：
职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives
设备装备、安装；
Machine installation;
建立设备维修档案和设备台帐；
Creation of machine maintenance document and list
制定设备维护保养计划与维护方案，并安排与检查计划的执行情况；
Editing machine maintenance plan and schedule, arranging and checking the plan and its procedure;
对设备维护人员的工作进行评价；
Evaluating the maintenance staff;
组织对设备的定期检查 ；
Organizing the check of the machine regularly;
及时协调处理设备故障。
Clearing the fault of the machine in time;

工作职责内容Key responsibilities
按质量要求制定并完善各类管理文件，并监督、检查、指导下属执行各项规章制度、安全运行规程、操作规程等，完成各项工作指标 ；
Completing all the files for management according to the quality requirement, supervising the subordinates to execute all the rules, safety directions and operation instruction, finishing all working tasks;
熟练掌握机械设备操作、维修保养规程，依据维修保养制度的内容要求，对所属机械系统进行维修保养，并达到质量要求；
Skilled on operating machines, instruction of maintenance, doing the maintenance to the machine according on the maintenance manual to meet all the needs of quality requirement;
负责组织解决设备事故和故障，并参与设备事故和故障分析，提出合理、有效的解决方案；
In charge of organizing the repairing to fix the fault of the machine, joining the machine fault analysis, proposing the right solution;
严格执行厂区制定的各项规章制度，确保人身和设备设施的安全，确保公区及厂区内设施设备的正常运行；
Obeying all the rules in plant, making sure the safety of the staff and machines, keeping all facilities and machines running in a good condition;
根据设备的要求和使用情况，提出对所属设备系统维修保养的计划安排，报营运经理审批后组织实施；
Proposing the system maintenance schedule of the belonging machines according to the machine requirement and using condition, reporting to the operating manager, organizing to execute after approval;
按时完成所属设备的定期保养项目和当班分配的维修工作；
Finishing all the belonging machines maintenance and shift arrangement in time;
负责组织对设备进行选型、验收、安装、调试、改造、迁移、报废等管理工作；
In charge of organizing the selection, acceptance, adjusting, modifying, removing and discard of the machine;
密切监视和掌握各设施设备的运行动态，出现故障时立即召集有关人员排除；
Monitoring the dynamic statue of the machine, sending people to fix the error once it happened;
负责应急预案的建立，负责组织和指挥综合维修组处理各项突发事件和紧急故障；
In charge of the setup on emergency case, organizing and leading the repairing after the emergency;
广泛收集有关设施设备保养的资料，以利于设施设备的维修；
Collecting maintenance information widely to improve the machine maintenance;
对所属设备及时组织检修维护，使系统保证安全运行并节省能源费用；
Checking and organizing the maintenance for the machines in time to save the cost on energy and keep the system safely;
完成上级交办的其它工作。
