职位描述：
主要职责 Main responsibility：
1，潜在供应商审核
Potential supplier audit
2，参加采购举行的新零件发包会议，提出新零件在开发初期的质量要求
Participate in the new parts purchasing meeting, and puts forward the new parts at the beginning of the development of quality requirements
3，审核供应商零件开发进度表和追踪APQP中的质量问题
Audit supplier quality issues in parts development schedule and tracking APQP
4，评审零件图纸,传递产品特性和实验要求以及评审和批准供应商工装及量具检具
Review drawings, deliver product features and experimental requirements, review and approve supplier tooling fixture and measuring tool
5，PPAP审核,确认供应商在批量状态下的质量控制能力
PPAP audit and make sure supplier quality control ability in mass production
6，对供应商供货能力进行现场确认,并做批量成熟考核
Conduct site confirmation of supplier supply capacity, and evaluation of SOP capacity
7，监督供应商早期生产遏止的措施，并批准其退出申请
Monitor supplier early production containment action, and approve its application for exit
8，处理供应商交付的零件在公司发生的各种质量问题，并对各种质量问题进行汇总，统计、分析，提出改进措施，追踪供应商的改善进度
Supplier delivery of the parts in the company processing all kinds of quality problems, and carries on the summary of various quality problems, statistics, analysis, improvement measures are proposed, tracking supplier improvement progress 9，按月度和年度对供应商做绩效评价，确定出需要提升的供应商，进行质量改善
According to the monthly and annual performance evaluation of the supplier, improve supplier is defined, for quality improvement
10，供应商过程审核与年度审核的定级并追踪问题的改善结果
Supplier process audit and annual audit of grading and track issues for improvement results 11，对厂内不良零件处理的时效进行追踪与确认
Non-conforming parts inside the factory processing time to track and confirm 12，供应商的变更管理,包括场地、模具、图纸、工装、工艺等等
Supplier change management, including site, moulds, drawings, tooling, process etc.


资格和要求/Qualification and requirements:
1、工科背景，汽车行业5年以上相关的供应商管理或质量管理经验
Engineering background, the automotive industry more than 2 years related supplier management or quality management experience
2、熟悉ISO/TS16949的质量体系要求，VDA或FORMEL Q等汽车行业管理标准,对供应商审核程序及要求熟练掌握
Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality system requirements, the VDA or FORMEL Q automobile industry management standards, the supplier audit program and proficiency level
3、具有相关专业技能如注塑、冲压、电镀、压铸、电子等专业知识，熟悉各种质量统计和控制工具，并有丰富的现场审核和处理问题能力，并能指导供应商做质量改进
With relevant professional skills such as injection molding, stamping, plating, die casting, electronic , familiar with all kinds of statistics and quality control tools, and have rich on-site audit and the ability to deal with the problem, and can guide the supplier for quality improvement
4、具备一定的测量知识及英语技能
Be equipped with measurement knowledge and English skills
