Marketing Associate – Looking for a creative influencer

For this role in our Shanghai office, you will represent Schouten China in-company- and Schouten China University programs towards individuals, companies and other organizations by acting as a marketing Associate.
Inbound marketer
You will focus on engaging and growing our on- and offline channels by implementing strategies and tactics that increase our inbound conversion, and actively approach ambassadors, fans and promoters of our company. You should have command of best practices and trends in China’s online environment, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
Responsibilities:
· Explore sales opportunities and new qualified lead by timely database analysis and marketing intelligence on social media platforms and website.
· Convert site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
· Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
· Be Involved in building the company’s social media profiles and presence.
· Run regular digital marketing and social media promotions and campaigns and track their success.
· Be our ear to the ground to route leads to the appropriate sales rep, and/or support rep to social conversations.
· Build and maintain a sustainable content flow
· Select or create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content towards increasing our inbound conversion.
· Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry.
· Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
· Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI

 
Requirements:
· BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
· Able to work closely with other teams and stakeholders
· Strong eye for detail
· Analytical mindset
· Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decision makers.
· Proficiency in marketing automation and publishing software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
· Excellent proficiency in Chinese and English is a must.
· 1 – 2 years’ experience in marketing
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or Adobe Creative Suite will be a major plus. 举报 分享
