职位描述：
Job Description:
? Analyze dysfunctions and participate in the implementation of a continuous improvement approach;
? Ensure that processes do not allow quality deviations and if necessary implement Poka Yoke or any other solution to decrease the risks of deviation;
? Conduct studies prior to conducting reliability projects, increased production and reduction of losses in connection with the supervisors;
? Follow the daily activities of workshop indicators (dashboards, charts...);
? Look for technical and economical solutions to optimize production costs (reduce scrap rates, optimize production rates ...);
? Conduct feasibility studies to adapt production facilities to new business demands;
? Suggest areas for improvement and estimate costs (budget, time...) in connection with other departments;
? Break down and analyze the different stages of the manufacturing process to ensure reliable and optimum production processes;
? Study technological solutions to reduce industrial risks (gas emission, noise pollution...);
? Implement CAPEX items linked with assembly business unit as per the budget and deadline defined;
? Manage and coordinate industrial investments of assembly equipment, starting with the definition of the technical specifications of the equipment and ending with the serial start-up in production and the transfer of responsibility to the manufacturing department;
? Develop sourcing of suppliers for indirect purchases of production equipment, technically analyze and compare their offers, choose the best one;
? Put in place a feedback system to identify bottlenecks and achievements of the processes;
? Conduct regular technical meetings with workshop leaders and operators to identify risk situations and decide interventions;
? Advise and provide technical assistance to manufacturing department to solve problems involved in the manufacturing process, or adapt the production tool;
? Develop training modules and / or train staff in new procedures (work practices, safety...);
? Create and keep up to date all documents for assembly process (work instructions, Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams…);
? Conduct regular performance assessment test (benchmark) to compare the production site to other plants in the Group (practices, methods, technologies...).
? Follow developments regarding innovations or business sector;
? Make proposals on new opportunities for production, reuse of production or investment product;
? Create and keep up to date Bill of Materials (BOM) and routings;
? Manage and keep track of every assembly process change by creating PCNs;
? Manage ECO / ECR changes (records, information to other departments in PHSHA, update of documentation if required…);
? In case of need, support maintenance team in order to repair, troubleshoot, restart equipment; if required coordinate intervention of suppliers on machines;
? Support maintenance department with implementation of TPM;
? Support sourcing and quality departments with manufacturing engineering related issues;
? Be part of Lean 6 Sigma team on assembly related projects;
Other duties as assigned then and now

Qualification:
? 3~5 years experience in related postion; college or above degree;
? Good exposure on Quality tools, 5S, Kaizen, TPM…;
? Good exposure on ERP, BOM’s and routings management;
? Good capacity to analyze and synthesize multiple data;
? Problem solving of various natures: technical, organizational and propose improvements;
? Good communication and listening skills;
? Good Chinese Mandarin and English (written and oral); 举报 分享
