岗位职责：
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Motivates and manages the performance and development of Design Engineers who report to him/her.
- Provides effective and responsive manufacturing engineering support to operations in meeting the business objectives of quality, on time delivery and cost.
- Each project will have assigned resources on full or part time bases. These must be managed to ensure customer specifications, agreed timescales and costs are achieved.
- Manages the overall performance of the business unit as a member of the business unit management team.
- Supports teamwork and staff development through a commitment to mentoring and technical leadership.
- To be proactive with proposals and plans for the enhancement of company technical knowledge for present and future customer requirements to set outlined objectives.
- To be proactive with proposals and plans for value engineering / cost reduction programs to improve profitability
- Provide concise factual reports on program progress on a timely basis. Ensure all documentation is correctly completed and distributed.
- Ensures relevant documentation is prepared and updated in line with all ISO Quality and Regulatory guidelines.
- Provides project management leadership to ensure effective planning and timely execution of all agreed projects including product transfers and scale-ups.
- Keeps abreast of and concentrate on all technological advancements and potential opportunities to the team.
- Maintains and develops the team's technical, device and trouble shooting skills.
- Sustains an environment of continuous improvement.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree above, major in Mechanical Engineer or related
- More than 10 work experience is prefered
- Knowledge of working in 2D as well as 3D environment using software packages like AutoCAD, INVENTOR, etc.
- SAP-Knowledge preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Extensive knowledge in steel structures and welding technology
- Basics material knowledges

- Builds interpersonal relationships which are based on respect and trust
