Mission of Function:
- To establish the KPI system of SMEC which can show the status (financial / non-financial performance ) of SMEC

Dimensions of Function:
- Report to CFO and finish the setup project and continue the monthly / quarterly / annual reporting
- Subordinates: PHS Controller, PM@SMEC

Contacts (internal / external):
- Internal Customer: I IS Management and SMEC Management
- External Customer: N/A

Responsibility:
- Build up the company level comprehensive KPI system in SMEC
- The main KPI key measurements definition and development
- Key data development and monthly review with management team with key measurements
- Company / Department main initiatives and measurement definition development
- Key initiatives / working package development to help owners complete initiatives and achieve KPI
- Define the gap to achieve KPI as green light and help to recommend how to close the gap
- Set up all topics relating to financial enabling for manufacturing

Requirement:
- Over 8 years controlling and Commercial working experience.
- Nice to have project experience.
- Experience and knowledge on Financial Management, KPI system setup, factory management and productivity understanding, Systematic reporting (incl. workpaper and monthly / quarterly / annual report)
