职位描述：
1、Make the annual improvement of equipment maintenance plan and provide information for equipment management decision.
制定年度设备改善保养计划，为公司设备管理决策提供信息支持
2、Drive and implement preventive maintenance of equipment to ensure the running rate of equipment.
推动和实施设备的预防性维护，确保设备的运行开动率
3、Ensure the improvement of start-up rate of equipment and keep stable capacity of equipment.
确保并不断提升设备开动率，确保设备的产能稳定
4、Manage spare parts and keep available and timely.
备品备件的管理，确保备件的有效性和及时性
5、Serve as an active participant in programs that promotes continuous improvement.
主导设备的改造，设备改善活动的实施，不断完善设备的状况，不断提升设备开动率。

任职资格：
1、College degree or above
大专以上学历
2、Electrical Automation or Process Automation
机电一体化专业
3、Over 8 years’ experience on operation; Over 2 years’ experience management; Be familiar with the implement of TPM.
8年以上工作经验，2年以上管理经验，熟悉TPM 的实施
4、Be familiar with mechanical transmission, electrical control, etc.
通晓机械传动电气控制等相关知识
5、Master software (WORD, EXCEL); Be skilled at English; Initiative; Strong work commitment and can work under pressure.
掌握WORD,EXCEL等办公软件使用方法，英语熟练，积极主动，有一定的抗压能力，沟通能力佳。
6、Judgment and decision making, interpersonal skills, communication skills, planning and execution skills.
