Senior Buyer (Sonco)

Position Summary
This is an exciting position for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Buyer/Senior Buyer, Reporting to Category Manager and based in our Bao’an factory, Shenzhen.

Accountabilities
- Engaged in purchasing raw materials and indirect materials, including supplier audit, capacity management, price evaluation, sample development, batch delivery, quality and service management, etc.
- Acting as a key contact point and service to internal/external customers, coordinate internal and external relationship, efficient completion of work arrangements.
- Participate in annual supplier price negotiation; complete the annual target of purchasing department.
- Participate in project management, purchasing for project, follow up on project progress and cooperate with other departments to achieve project goal.
- Follow up with new product development plan and meeting new product development requirements.
- Participate in supporting supplier management and evaluation as planned.
- Ensure supplier's on-time delivery and quality issues are solved on time. Assist in material cost calculation in factory.
- Participate in the formulation, modification and implementation of purchasing department COP. Support the formulation, modification and implementation of COP in other associated business units.
- The maintenance and management of the fixed assets related to the purchasing department for mainly all kinds of external mold.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree (or above), major in mechanical, electronics, mould or related field. Familiar with the hardware, electronics or injection molding business, also need to understand the local Shenzhen indirect material procurement.
- 3-5 years working experience in purchasing.
- Project management experience, able to work with other departments to achieve project goals.
- Strong communication and coordination ability, can reasonably and effectively mobilize the internal and external resources, do related work.
- Familiar with supplier development and management of all aspects, have strong bargaining power.
- Have a good understanding of the company's business, and can understand and cooperate with the company and the group to complete the work.
- Strong executive ability, time sense and efficient work.
- Strong sense of cost control, able to work under pressure, independently
