Position Overview:
Provide assistance to customers for parts selection and cross-referencing obsolete components. Offer guidance and support to customers for their design efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to engineering customer base, purchasers, and internal personnel via phone and email, with regard to such topics as:
o Electronic component identification and verification
o Component specification and interpretation
o Cross Reference
o Various other technical inquiries
- Provide detail customer and technical support report
- Analyze and evaluate trends for new and existing product lines
- Participate in continuous training from technical experts of visiting suppliers and internal product management team members.
- Opportunities exist for specialization of skills and expertise in the following areas:
o Export classification
o Class code designation
o Quality assurance
o Quote processing through the quote workflow system
o Date/lot code interpretation
o Technology-specific areas
- Proactive reach and identify potential design opportunities by utilizing the internal opportunity filtering system

Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or its related field.
- With at least 3 solid, proven years of providing technical application support or reference design experience. 8-32bits microcontrollers, preferably.
- Proficient in assembly language, Schematic designer, Keil..etc will definitely be an advantage
- Knowledge to utilize test equipment to analyze electronic components preferred
- PC experience including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various Internet search tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of a broad range of electronic components and technologies 举报 分享
