1、协助资深设计策略师进行调研工作，参与用户研究与执行，包括实地调查、访谈和桌面研究，并辅助完成设计研究报告。
2、对定性、定量研究方法、设计调查方案和信息解读与分析有深厚兴趣。
3、有团队合作意识，提供设计研究数据及结果辅助设计团队完成最终方案。
4、能灵活、高效地工作。
5、中英文流利，可承担全英文材料解读、提炼及翻译的工作。
