职位描述：

岗位职责：

1.根据面料业务员提供的跟单资料并核对无误后，在供应商生产现场对所负责的面料订单的质量和进度进行跟踪和督导

2.在生产现场跟单过程中及时发现问题，用书面的形式汇报给直属上级，必要时提取相关面料样品供公司决策参考

3.在生产现场跟单过程中发现重大质量问题，提出书面的具备可行性的解决方案，公司确认后，及时督促工厂落实到位

4.大货面料到服装厂后，发现面料存在质量问题，和相关人员一起到现场解决问题，对于超出自身能力和权限的质量问题要及时以书面形式反馈给直属上级

5.根据面料合同对面料交期的要求，在现场进行生产计划的协调和监督，每周至少一次提供相关工厂的生产进度计划给直属上级，并确保计划的可靠性

6.每天及时提交当天的检验报告给直属上级审阅

7.掌握公司面料跟单和检验的工作流程，严格按程序规定和公司的验货标准处理相关业务

8.完成上级主管指定的其他工作

任职要求：

1.高中或中专以上，30-45岁

2.熟悉美标4分制检验标准，熟悉面料的特性和使用性能

3.从事面料跟单和检验工作4年以上

4.普通话表达流畅，书面报告规范易懂

5.服从上级的工作安排和调动，遵守公司的考勤制度

6.积极主动，吃苦耐劳，为人诚信，有责任心，有团队精神，沟通协调能力强

7.能适应长期出差（一周回公司一次）

8.工作地点以江苏、浙江为主，在绍兴、盛泽、常州一带，但也不仅限于江苏、浙江
