The China Country Manager is responsible for increasing revenue for the China Department and increasing overall business efficiency in the shanghai office. He/She will manage, motivate,and continue to build and staff the China Sales Team.The China Manager will be needed to conduct interviews for the China Sales Manager position and actively look to expand the current sales team.He/She will focus on building a strategic plan to sell deeper into the chinese market and penetrate all market segments. He/She is required to visit with the top customers on a regular basis and join Sales Managers to meet with new prospects when needed.This is an interim solution until we get a China Sales Manager hired and up to speed.

Transaction and Market Development
1,Partners with the purchasing team to obtain product availability and pricing inforamtion ensuring that the information is accurate and timely for the customer.
2,Makes commercial decisions relating to daily transactions,claims,and customer activity
3,Partners with logistics team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products
Staffing
He/She is responsible for interviewing ,hiring,and training Sales Managers, and future Country Manager.This involves system training,best practices,trading training,culture immersion, and other general training relating to business.

1,Ability to prepare and implement annual business plan for customer/territory

4,Expands customer base in assigned territory to develop new business. Employs a variety of methods for identifying prospective customers,including following leads from existing clients,partcipating in organizations and attending trade shows and conference.
5,Recommends products to customers based on business needs and goals.Maintains competitive information on market conditions,product innovations and competitors' products,prices and sales. Shares information with customers as part of value-added services.
6,Ability to develop and maintain business to business relationships and transfer personal equity.
7,Ability to connect relevant products to customers and markets.
8,Ability to use information tools to obtain the needed information to evaluate performance and access relevant data.
9,Ability to complete and process necessary forms and documents(i.e. expense reports,invoices)within appropriate time frames.
10,Understands the financial consequences of decisions;understands economic value for the system;act as an owner of the business and makes decisions that ensure long-term value for the organization.
11,Explores alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all parties' support and acceptance;strives for outcomes that are a win-win for all parties involved.
12,Knowledge of Interra products and services.This includes how they compare to the competition, how they directly link to specific benefits for the customer,target customer and the system's economics and pricing.
13,Knowledge of MS Office.
Required Experience
1,Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2,2 years of sales experience
3,Proven track record exceeding sales quotas
4,Must pass reference and backgroud check
5,Must hold a valid passport
6,Required languages:English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in international food trading or perishable food product sales and procurement or related field.
