Responsibilities
职责
1. Office supplies ordering and management;
办公用品的管理和订购
2. Assistant to business trip arrangement: hotel reservation, ticket booking, expenses collection;
协助出差安排:酒店预订，机票预定。
3. Support HR functions
人事相关事宜：职位发布，简历筛选，考勤，假单管理
4. Finance support, VAT issue
协助相关财务事宜：增值税发票开具
5. Internal document handout/recording/transfer/ Filing;
内部文件归档和管理
6. Assist and manage communication between the different departments in the office;
同办公室其他部门的联系
7. Answer/ transfer phone calls, Visitor reception and registration;
接听电话，来访客人接待及登记
8. Other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job requirement
职位要求
A. College degree, with one year or more relative experience;
大专学历，1年相关工作经验
B. Excellent spoken and writing English, good writing and communication skills. CET-4 or above is required;
良好的英语应用能力
C. Excellent computer skills (word, excel, PPT, outlook...);
良好的计算机应用能力
D. Motivated, independent, self-driven work attitude and willing to learn

E. Team work spirit and strong interpersonal skills
