YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Sales & purchase order implements, provide good support and service to customers & suppliers; support sales & purchase teams on inside sales & purchase assignments: quotation, order, Invoice collection, goods receipt collection, payment application, receiving customer & supplier etc.
? Process quotations, sales & purchase orders on ERP-System and follow proactively on its implement. Keep close communication with customers and sales, support payment collection, while coordinate internal departments ensuring on time delivery to customer and receipt of raw material from supplier
? Taking care of other inquiries and requests from customer, incl. but not limited to coordinating new customer creation, expediting shipment, preparing required documents or certification, after sales support etc.
? Prepare all required statistics and reports.
? Project management and improve working process.
? Other jobs assigned by the manager
YOUR PROFILE
Your profile ideally includes:
? Bachelor degree in Business Administration, English or other related major
? Business fluent English and Mandarin, a plus for German
? Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP System advantageous
? A good team player, independent, good communication and self-motivated with excellent customer orientation and service attitude, with high level of responsibility
