职位描述：
Responsibilities (40% logistic, 60% sourcing):
1. Daily contact with suppliers, forwarders and internal teammates to arrange shipment, monitor shipment schedules and communicate the delivery status to all concerned persons. - with wide variety of products delivered under KRAFTWERK brand.
2. Prioritize the shipment according to order urgency, select and take full advantage of container to minimize the delivery cost.
3. Supplier delivery performance data (Lead time, OTD and Fill rate) collection and analysis. Support sourcing to improve supplier’s delivery performance.
4. Coordinate with all factories for all shipping related documents and issues.
5. Play the sourcing account manager roles for the assigned suppliers. Including but not limited supplier management, contract management, quality\price\ lead time improvement. New supplier development etc.
6. Earlier involve New product development, lead RFQ, support RFP, FAI and product spec collection, and generate SIP(CCL) for the new project.
7. Monitoring factories manufacturing capabilities and risk control
8. Coordination & proof checking of product packing & technical information with team of designers in Europe and in Shanghai.
9. Handling daily PI/PO/payment process. Support QA team to conduct quality inspection & improvement.
10. Other work manager assigned.

Requirements：
1. minimum 5 years of working experience, 3 years in logistic and 2 years in sourcing.
2. Experience in field of professional tools & for European company / market is a plus
3. English CET 4+ is a must (daily work in English)
4. University degree in International Trade, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management is a plus
5. Travelling needed for sourcing role.
