We are looking for:

前台接待/Reception

职位描述：
1. 电话转接及来电咨询的基本回馈；
2. 访客接待，帮助访客联系需要接洽的人员；
3. 各类邮件、快递和物品的接收，登记，发放，确保准确无误；
4. 每月与电信公司、快递公司及邮政部门就这几类费用进行核对，确保公司账务清楚；
5. 公司机票、火车票的预定以及系统的相关操作；
6. 办公室会议室预定，确保会议室管理有序；
7. 公司门禁系统的维护以及办公室监控的关注，确保办公室工作场所的安全；
8. 协助公司员工名片的印制。
9. 协助办公室设备维护，对于发现的问题及时报修并追踪落实状况；


任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神。
