职位描述：
Provide day-to-day sales support to the sales team, with potential to move towards a sales role in a short time
Principal Responsibilities:
o Bi-weekly sales meetings and meeting minutes preparation
o CRM tool Salesforce database maintenance (lead, contact, opportunity)
o Bidding document preparation
o Sales contract preparation and negotiation assistance
o Contract write-up maintenance
o Client invoicing, A/R follow-up and payment tracking
o Customer relationship maintenance
o Market watch on regulatory trends, competitor dynamics etc.

Education Background:
o Bachelor degree or above, overseas education background is preferred

Required Knowledge:
o Good knowledge in English both oral and written is a must
o Knowledge in French would be an advantage
o Knowledge in financial industry esp. asset management field is a plus

Other Requirements:
o Independent, good interpersonal skills
o Customer service and quality service skills
o Good organization and communication skills
