职位描述：
1、负责员工报销费用的审核、凭证的编制和登账；对已审核的原始凭证及时填制记账凭证并记账；
2、负责每月明细账、总账的制作；每月进项发票网上认证，及时编制各种财务报表，网上电子报税。
3、负责应收应付管理，对所有会计凭证、账册、会计报表的档案管理工作；
4、负责每笔业务的收汇、申报、出口退税工作以及单证相关工作；处理与税务有关的事务；
5、负责公司每年的年审、所得税汇算清缴、工商海关年检等相关工作；
6、主管安排的其他相关工作。
任职资格
1.财会相关专业，本科及以上学历，具有相关工作经验2年以上；
2.有会计上岗证， 能够熟练运用用友等财务软件，熟练操作外贸公司全套账务。
3.有较好的沟通、公关技巧，优秀的协调能力，较强的工作责任心，原则性强，有良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
4.熟悉使用Word、Excel等办公软件及办公设备；具备敏锐的反应能力、执行力和领悟能力。
5.办事认真严谨，精力充沛，可以承受较大工作压力。
6.具有外贸财务工作经验或助理会计师职称者优先。 举报 分享
