职位描述：
Main tasks
- Provide the technical support or training to technician,production, engineering or related department in all aspects of equipment
- Setup and schedule the preventive maintenance plan for production equipment.
- Observe the weakness of equipment, propose the solution or establish the project to improve it
- Manage the equipment document and spareparts, keep them up to date.
- Track and analyze the equipment maintenance and troubleshooting data, Work with engineering or production team to improve it.
- Maintain the WO system, Support and/or lead on initiatives to reduce cost, increase uptime and keep equipment reliability on high level.
- Create project to improve the equipment capability, efficiency and productivity
- Monitor the performance of subordinate and review with his superior. Propose individual development plan and initiatives for them.
- Assist in extending manufacturing

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, major in electronic Engineering or Automation Engineering.
- Over 5 year’s professional experience in electrical repair or high vacuum system maintenance.
- Good skills in software programming or PLC.
- Fluent both in written and oral English.
- Be a team player and have a good problem solving skills. 举报 分享
