工作职责Tasks & Responsibilities：

负责生产线设备的日常维护与管理，新设备安装调试评估及验收。

-  设备改善与优化，设备操作指导书及设备保养计划的制定。

-  根据生产不良产品的发生频率，协同产品工程师分析解决问题。 

-  按照计划执行设备的维护保养，并根据保养清单检查保养工作是否完成

-  对零备件的管理确保设备正常运行所需库存。

-  对新进操作员培训机器操作和简单的报警清除以及简单故障处理

-  完成上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

-  沟通协调能力及执行能力强，责任心强，有较强的承压能力。

-  熟悉现场管理，生产环境管理，生产异常及突发状况处理

-  有电子相关生产企业经验，熟悉5S管理，熟悉电子类产品。

-  熟悉各类传感器及执行元件的原理及如何使用，能看懂电气原理或电路图。

-  良好的计算机应用能力。

-  高职，大专及以上学历。
