HR & Admin Contractor - 7 months contractor

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with preferred recruitment agencies
* HR Link system/HR mini master maintenance
* On-board and exit process support
* Recruitment support
* C&B support, including attendance statistics, information updates
* Personal file management and maintains HR related documents, including organization chart, headcount PowerPoint, contact list, etc.
* Staff activity (e.g. Birthday party, annual party) organization and coordination.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* University degree, major in HR or related function
* Good communication & coordination skill
* Quick learner and being patient
* Good attention to detail
