岗位职责
1. 负责时尚内容的海外社交媒体运营Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
2. 采集制作热点传播内容视频、图片完成日常内容发布策划并执行社媒活动和事件营销
3. 与时尚influencers协作内容合作授权
4. 确保粉丝增长最大化内容曝光提高社区活跃度
5. 为时尚电商平台引流提高点击率和转化率
6. 定期分析、总结并持续优化社媒效果

任职要求
1. 热爱追逐时尚潮流对时尚界有一定了解和工作经验更佳
2. SNS深度用户永远站在朋友圈的潮流前线
3. 一年以上海外社交媒体运营经验时尚、互联网行业市场工作经验者优先
4. 英语能力出色英语及相关专业优先native speaker更佳
5. 较强的文案创作能力
6. 积极乐观心态开放具有优秀的沟通协调能力能适应互联网行业快速高效的工作节奏

Description:
1. Responsible for MODE’s fashion social media content and publishing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
2. Source/create engaging and shareable videos for daily social publishing. Design and execute social media marketing campaigns
3. Communicate and coordinate with fashion influencers on content licensing and partnerships
4. Ensure continuous growth of MODE’s fanbase, maximize content reach, increase community engagement
5. Drive traffic to MODE’s fashion e-commerce app/website, increase click-through and conversion performance
6. Periodically review and analyze social media performance for continuous improvement

Requirements:
1. Passion for fashion, follower of the latest trends, insights and working experience in the fashion industry preferred
2. Addiction to social media
3. 1+ year experience in social media/community management, preferably in fashion-related industry
4. Native English speaker or excellent command of English as second language
5. Excellent copywriting skills
6. Open-minded with a positive attitude, ability to adapt to the startup pace and working environment 举报 分享
