职位描述：
1.Analyzes and resolves problems on computer applications and systems；
 分析和解决计算机应用和系统上存在的问题。
2.Evaluates existing computer systems hardware, and performs system upgrades, based on end user requirements; installs, integrates, customizes, configures, and tests new systems and hardware; resolves configuration conflicts and errors；
 以用户需求为基础，评估现有计算机系统的硬件，升级运行系统；安装、整合、定制、配置以及测试新系统和硬件；解决配置中的冲突和错误。
3.Performs routine, day-to-day hardware and software maintenance as assigned, and assists in proper upkeep and utilization of systems；
 合理的维护和利用系统来完成日常布置的硬件和软件的维护和协助。
4. Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art computer technology, equipment, and systems; participates in professional development activities as appropriate；
 具有丰富的计算机技术、设备和系统知识，适当的参与公司的研发活动。
5. Hardware & network installation and configuration；
 硬件和网络的安装及配置。
6. Provides training and office software support to other staffs.
 给其他员工提供办公软件的培训和支持。

Requirements:
任职资格
1. The position requires leading personalities with a service-minded attitude and good communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, motivation and the ability to work in an integrated team；

2.Have strong interpersonal and communication skills；

3. Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications；

4. Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of computer hardware and software problems；
 诊断和改正计算机硬件及软件问题的能力。
5. Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals；
 安装和配置计算机系统、硬件和周边设备的能力。
6. Has hardware, network support experience.
