Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate, prepare, edit, proof read all documentation including proposals, presentations, etc.
2.Organize, update, and manage expense forms and/or reports, as required
3.Work closely with BD Team to ensure that all marketing and administrative needs are met
4.Coordinate and organize meetings and required materials for conference calls and video conferences
5.Provide support to an assigned team in the development of proposals, presentations, RFQ requirements, and any other additional sales aids as needed
6.Filing & project folder management within the Business Development department
7.Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned Marketing Responsibilities
8.Assist in editing marketing collateral and communications
9.Leverage and create templates to create/draft/modify complex presentation slides in PowerPoint or other media formats
10.Organize information and maintain a database for marketing purposes using market link and other CRM documents
11.Assist in developing the distribution of e-blasts, direct mail and WeChat posts
12.Engage with marketing vendors as required
Qualifications:
1.1-3 years of relevant work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2.Experience in the real estate, commercial workplace sector is a plus
3.Experience managing and collecting client information is a plus
