Responsibilities:
1. Conduct staffing activities to assure the organization has the appropriate skills, competencies, and resources to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify the training and developmental needs of the organization. Develop and deliver training programs and work with outside vendors if necessary.
3. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the local compensation systems and processes that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource or Business Administration or with equivalent experience
2. At least 3 years' experience in human resources Generalist activities
3. Knowledge of HR specialties (Benefits, Compensation, Employment, Employee Relations, Administration, Organization Development).
4. Fluency in both English and Mandarin language skills (both oral and written).
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good team player, with ability to work effectively in teams.
