Sandvik in Shanghai Xinzhuang is seeking for a Senior Accountant

The position would directly report to Finance Partner, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance area:
? Purchasing documentation auditor according to company's payment. Answer for the inquiring payment history.
? Make transaction in GL, PL, FA, both bank-related and cost-related
? Make all monthly local tax report and declaration (Export-Refund), import-related VAT invoice monthly authentication.
? Company income tax annual declaration.
? Monthly Processing hours Statistic.
? Monthly Statistic and Finance Bureau Report Preparation
? Check and revise unit price before receiving goods including imported and domestic
? Administrate and prepare overseas purchasing payment
? Make group AP reconciliation quarterly.
? Verification and clearance of the exporting documentation at SAFE
? Administrate all voucher in order
? Assist with the Manager as needed

Your profile:
? Bachelor degree of accounting or related major
? 5 year working experience in multi-national manufacturing company
? License of Accounting
? CET-4 or above, Good in English in writing and speaking
? Professional knowledge of accounting and China tax regulation
? Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
? Able to meeting tight deadline under pressure
? Good communication skill
? High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Proficiency in ERP is highly desirable

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
