职位描述：
工作内容：
1、根据公司的发展战略，制定并定期优化公司人力资源规划、及人力资源管理制度；
2、负责组织有效实施人力资源规划中的工作内容，对实施过程中的异常及时反馈，确保各项工作任务的结果达成；
3、与各部门负责人开展有效协作，提供人力资源管理的方法、手段、措施等服务和支持，推动全员人力资源管理工作的真正落地；
4、人力资源部团队建设、梯队建设、人员培养和训练。对下属进行定期的绩效考核评价和辅导，与下属分享工作经验，交流工作想法，指导业务技巧；
5、统筹监控招聘工作，甄选合适的人员；
6、组织公司薪酬福利管理工作，监督公司年度薪酬福利计划及薪酬福利调整方案的编制，审核月度薪酬福利发放统计表，负责年度人事成本预算的编制及调整；
7、组织公司员工的绩效管理工作，审定绩效考核结果。
8、统筹监督制定公司员工的培训计划，审定、监督根据公司发展需要安排的培训课程。
9、监督各类人事事务工作的开展，受理劳动争议和员工投诉，并联合相关部门妥善解决。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业，中共党员优先；
2、五年以上人力资源管理工作经验，熟悉人力资源五大模块，具有物业行业经历者优先；
3、具备较强的沟通能力和影响力，能协同和团队协作精神，处事应变自如；
